Most Clubs start at Under 8 and at present there is an under 8 league.

The emerging talent squads are made up of players from all the clubs in the various age categories to represent the CUFL in the national competions, for example the Kennedy Cup which takes place every year in Limerick.

Yes you can play for any club within the CUFL once all the relevent forms are in orderand you are not attached to any other club or league

The Under 8’s, 9’s, 10’s Laegues run from June to September (These are 7 aside).The Under 11’s , 12’s, 13’s, 14’s and 15’s run from September to April with a Xmas break (These leagues are 11 aside)
